      Description

      Structure Preferences set to use SIFTS mapping, Jmol or Chimera viewer.
      Fetch P30419 from Uniprot and view structure 5O6H.
      View Mapping shows both chains A and B mapped to sequence.
      Save to a project file and reload - only chain A is now mapped.
      Colour changes to the alignment are only transferred to chain A.
