      Description

biological unit or PISA predicted assemblies include metadata in mmCIF that specify how chains in the asymetric unit map to copied chains in the assembly.

Copied chains should be mapped to the same sequence as their asymmetric unit (AU) chain (ie the mapping for the entity), so for uniprot sequences, SIFTS mappings to AU chains should also be propagated to any copies in the assembly.
