      Description

      CIPRES (http://www.phylo.org/index.php/) offers access to numerous advanced algorithms for phylogenetic tree inference. Adding it as a web service to Jalview using CIPRES' REST API will make Jalview capable of offering these algorithms to users for tree calculations.
