Implement IQ-TREE as a web service

      Description

      IQ-TREE provides fast and accurate procedures for calculating Maximum Likelihood trees, predicting the most likely evolutionary substitution model and bootstrapping. Implementing it as a web service will ideally allow users to calculate far larger trees than currently possible.
