Expand tree calculation dialog window algorithm choices

      Description

      The current tree (and PCA) window only allows a choice between Neighbour Joining or Average Distance for trees, for new tree calculation services more options will have to be added. Besides choosing more algorithms users will also want to specify specific calculation parameters.

      Possibly make this a generic window that is dynamically filled with available algorithms and the relevant parameters.
