New feature type from Amend Features not automatically displayed

      Description

      If you change 'Name' (feature type) to a new type in the Amend Features dialog (double-click on a feature to see this), then the new feature is not automatically discovered / displayed. On opening Feature Settings it appears and is marked as visible.
