Features not shown on unhidden sequences

      Description

      To reproduce:
      - create two different sequence features (on different sequences)
      - hide the sequences which have one of the features
      - open the View | Feature Settings dialog - only the visible feature is included (it this a bug?)
      - dismiss the dialog with no change
      - unhide the sequences - the sequence feature is not displayed (it should be)
      - reopen the Feature Settings dialog - the sequence feature is immediately displayed as it should be
