Changing a feature's name (aka type) via Amend Feature makes it disappear

This Ux issue should be filed under the 'do not surprise the user':

1. select a region and create a feature.
2. double click to edit the feature, and modify the 'Name' field - e.g. by adding a '1' to it.
3. On hitting 'amend' - the feature will disappear from the alignment view.
4. Open Feature Settings for the alignment view - the feature will magically reappear !

Fix: after an Amend operation, the logic should:
* check if amended feature was originally visible
* if amended feature was originally visible, ensure that modified feature is also visible (group and type are enabled in feature settings).
