default for annotation row used for the 'Colour by annotation' option

      Description

      A default option is needed to set the annotation row used to colour the alignment :
      Either: first (current behaviour), one of the standard automatic rows (Conservation, Consensus, Quality), or some free-text string or regex used to match the orders.

      Additionally, a button should be added to the annotation shading dialog to allow the default row to be re-selected.
