easier select-by-annotation and shade-by-annotation options

Rather than opening a dialog, then selecting an annotation to use to shade/colour by, it should be possible to directly apply an operation from the annotation row of interest
- if the annotation row is sequence associated, by default all sequence-associated annotations of the same type should be used for colouring or highlighting operations
- select by/hide by annotion dialog (enhanced with JAL-4092)
