      Description

      A new menu, analogous to the tree viewer's association menu, should be provided to make it easy to switch alignment/view associations for a structure view. Up until this point, the view with the current input focus was the one chosen whenever a render state change occurs (e.g. user presses 'colour by sequence') but this isn't sufficient for cases where one wants to compare different alignments.
