      Description

      For a pre 2.7 project, there is no explicit association between a specific view and the colours of a structure recorded in the project file. It may also be that the user has modified the colouring manually. in that case, Jalview should allow the file to be read in and the colour state preserved, and let the user decide how the colour should be updated in the future.
