select and/or colour by annotation popup menu items

      Description

      The select or colour by annotation dialogs could be opened for a particular alignment annotation directly from the popup menu. e.g. after right clicking on the consensus annotation line for the alignment view, options could be provided to colour or select columns based on the annotation row.

      The action would be to open the appropriate dialog box pre-initialised with the annotation row for which the popup menu was opened for.
