More efficient bulk load of sequence features

      Description

      Load from project currently adds sequence features one at a time. This is noticeably slow in JalviewJS. Investigate whether exploiting the 'bulk load' constructor for IntervalStore would be more performant. If so, also check whether this can also be done for features fetched from Ensembl (e.g. many thousands of variants on a gene).
