md5 based lookup for sequence database ID resolution

      Description

      Uniprot's api supports querying by md5 using the checksum: prefix.

      Adding support to query/resolve IDs via md5 would allow Jalview to efficiently resolve a uniprot accession for full length sequences which have no obvious accession in the title.
