Support HiDPI scaling for hi-resolution displays

      Description

      JAL-3134 reported an issue with the rendering of alignment data using Awt fonts that results in the characters looking 'fuzzy'. Enabling anti-aliasing provides a workaround for this, but the different behaviour observed between Jalview on High Sierra and Mojave suggests another issue is to blame.

      Ultimately these problems are due to the varying approaches for supporting HiRes displays. One solution (https://www.javatips.net/api/flamingo-master/src/org/pushingpixels/flamingo/internal/hidpi/HiDPIScaledGraphics.java) suggests overriding Graphics2D with a scaled antialiased proxy.
