Preferences panel doesn't inherit scaled base font size from system on hi-res screens

      Swing applications are supposed to inherit the 2x scale settings configured when the OS is running a 4K desktop with scaling to ensure text and widgets are big enough to be legible.

      It looks like the base font size has been set according to absolute units, but the layout and widgets in the preferences pane are scaled.
