Reflect collapsing of nodes in tree view back onto alignment

      Description

      When an user collapses a subtree in the Archaeopteryx tree view the sequences associated with these collapsed nodes should be similarly hidden in the Jalview alignment view.
      Possibly vice versa as well; sequences hidden in the alignment cause their associated nodes to become collapsed.
