      Christian Zmasek's Archeopteryx is one of the leading java based tree visualisation tools. Integration with Jalview would bring support for a host of phylogeny related visual analytics, phyloinformatic file formats (e.g. phyloXML and NexML), and pave the way to phylogeny aware alignment and analysis.
