Hide all irrelevant sequences in alignment view when Archaeopteryx shows only a subtree

      Description

      Archaeopteryx allows users to select specific subtrees which hides the entire rest of the tree, to make this more useful the Jalview alignment view should similarly hide all sequences not belonging to this subtree when a user does this.
