Overview window and Find scroll both panels when the alignment has split panels

      Description

      When Jalview has a split alignment of cDNA and protein panels, the overview window only scrolls the viewport it was created from, even though the two split panels (mostly) scroll together when using the scrollbars.

      If the Find function is used to search for a sequence id, normally it scrolls to the next found id as the user clicks through the Find dialog. With a split panel, the Find function still scrolls to the next id but the other panel does not scroll with it.

      It is also noticeable that the split panel vertical scrolling does not always scroll both panels.
