Status bar doesn't show positions with ambiguous amino acids

      Import:
      >SA
      ABCDEFG
      >SB
      AB--EFG
      Position of B is 2 in SA, and SB. Mousing over these sequences does not report a position for B in Status bar, yet the following residues do have a position.
