View mapping shows alignments between all chains when viewing multi-chain PDB

      Description

      When structures of PDB entries with multiple chains are viewed together with other entries, wrong multiple alignment of every chain to every other chain/sequence occurs.

      To reproduce:
        - Load any sequence with more than one chain through the PDB fetcher
        - Load any other sequence that has a PDB structure
        - View the structures for the sequences simultaneously using one structure view
        - View mapping output from the structure viewer file menu.
        - You will notice that each chain is of an entry with multi-chain is mapped to every other sequence including other chains of the same entry
