'View Mapping' in structure viewer should be scoped to that viewer's sequences only

      Description

      To reproduce:
      Fetch/open 3A6S from PDB.
      View Chain A in one Chimera window, Chain B in another (decline options to add to the first viewer).
      'View Mapping' in either Jalview viewer frame shows the mappings for both chains.
