      Subject: Changing numbering of scale


      Dear Sir or Madam


      Is it possible to change which sequence the scale refers to in JalView? I wish it to refer to the shortest of the sequences that I have aligned. Also is it possible to alter the numbering for a sequence so that it doesn't directly correspond to the amino acid numbering?
