Incorrect column number for decade marks on the alignment ruler with hidden columns

      Description

      If columns are hidden to the left and right of one of the 10th column markers in the alignment view, then the column number number displayed for that column is actually the column number for the last hidden column.

      e.g.
      1. Import an alignment.
      2. Select the 11th column and mark as hidden.

      The column marker will now show '11' rather than 10.
