option to allow sequence id panel to become as wide as possible when exporting an alignment figure

      Description

      When generating alignment figures, it is often desirable to disable any sequence ID clipping imposed by the current or default width of the sequence ID panel. A user preference and/or command line parameter to disable clipping when exporting to PNG or EPS would facilitate this.
