Description
Its really easy to forget to adjust the margins of a figure to get all the annotation row labels displayed correctly. This would reduce the number of PNG regenerations needed to get a good figure image (and improve usability of headless jalview). An alternative would be to justify and wrap the annotation text in the annotation rows (so wrap both labels and individual column labels).
