      Description

      The Sequence Harmony service definition included in the v2.7 release incorrectly uploaded the alignment data via the ali parameter, rather than ali_file.
      The service definition needs to be patched in code and revised in the user's jalview_properties file to ensure the incorrect definition for shmr is not used.
