Assign perceptually distinct colours for secondary structure providers

This feature enables the assignment of perceptually distinguishable colours to secondary structure providers, which are used in the coloured line visualisation of secondary structure similarity. That is, when selecting "View -> Show secondary structure providers -> As coloured lines," each provider will be assigned a distinct colour.

The colour mapping is expected to remain consistent throughout a user session.
