Find dialog and prompts indicate when a selection was searched rather than whole alignment

      Description

      The find dialog's status messages and popup dialogs reporting the number of matches should include 'in selection'.. e.g.
      "Finished searching selection" instead of "Finished searching" - to make it clear that it only looked in the current selection.
