      Description

      Currently (and since at least 2.3), if a Save dialog file chooser is followed by a prompt 'Overwrite existing file?' and user presses Cancel, the file chooser is closed. More standard and helpful behaviour would be to keep the file chooser open to allow the user to make a different choice.
