Description
Importing the attached Stockholm file generated according to https://www.tbi.univie.ac.at/RNA/ViennaRNA/doc/html/rna_structure_notations.html leads to an alignment with secondary structure marked in orange, preventing the application the RNA Helix colourscheme.
Exporting and reimporting the annotation via an Annotation file fixes the parsing issue so RNA Helix colouring works, but the brackets are now lost in the secondary structure view.
Exporting the alignment and reimporting the alignment leads to the same parsing error, and the SS lines in the stockholm file are identical.
