Finder remember search position per viewport searched

      Description

      The Finder dialog acts on whichever alignment panel has focus. However it only uses a single value for 'last sequence / residue matched' (starting position for Find Next).
      Instead, could save these values in a map keyed by AlignmentViewport.
      Then 'Find Next' would behave as expected in each alignment.
