Finder should skip hidden regions

      Description

      Load the ENSEMBL example, put into normal or wrapped mode. Go to Find and enter AAGA into the dialog. Click Find Next - the first AAGA is found and highlighted. Click again, the highlighting disappears, nothing else happens.

      There are actually 1400 AAGA's in this alignment...

      Seems to work ok in uniref50.fa so I figure it might be a hidden column conversion thing.
