      Description

      Scope of issue is to ensure persistence in:
      - the Jalview project
      - jalview feature colours
      - Jalview features file / extended GFF]
      - BioJSON schema?

      Of:
      - any defined filters for feature types (by description/score/named attribute value)
      - feature colour scheme extensions (by attribute text or graduated value)

      Any changes to be backwards compatible, naturally (any new elements optional, with graceful defaults if absent).
