Cancel in Feature Settings doesn't reset group visibility

      Description

      On Cancel in Feature Settings, everything (including group visibilities) should be reset to the state on opening the dialog. Sometimes group visibility is not reset.
      Example: manually create a feature in group 'Jalview'. Open Feature Settings and uncheck the group. Feature is hidden. Cancel - feature remains hidden (and group is still hidden if Feature Settings is reopened).
      Sometimes (I think!) it does reset as expected - yet to figure out exactly when.
