Description
Load the ENSEMBL example and put into wrapped mode. Scroll to the top of the alignment. Go into cursor mode and click on the last residue in the top panel. Press the right arrow button. The panels scroll to the next panel down, and the cursor disappears.
Click again and the cursor reappears where it should be. Clicking the left arrow to go backwards can result in duplicate cursor blocks (which presumably is an effectJAL-2811).
Scroll back to the top and click on the first residue. Key in 140C, which should position the cursor at the right-hand side of the third panel. The cursor disappears. Clicking the right arrow makes the cursor appear again where it should be. (Note also the wrapped panel redraws, this time correctly, which I assume is due to the redraw problem in JAL-2836.)
Also if you scroll the cursor using the right arrow key past the first hidden column (around position 190), the whole alignment disappears. Forcing a full repaint does *not* redraw it. Scrolling back with the left arrow does redraw.
