Alignment vanishes when using arrow key in cursor mode to pass hidden column marker

Load the ENSEMBL example and put into wrapped mode and cursor mode. Scroll the cursor using the right arrow key past the first hidden column (around position 190), the whole alignment disappears. Forcing a full repaint does *not* redraw it. Scrolling back with the left arrow does redraw.
