Link independent Aptx tree views originating from the same MSA together

      Description

      The current Jalview tree viewer links all trees originating from the same MSA together, meaning that a selection in one will be reflected on all other trees as well (and the alignment itself). This will need to be preserved in the new Archaeopteryx tree view as well.
