CDS not handled correctly if transcript has no UTR

      Description

      Fetch ENSG00000258366 (RTEL1 human) and Get Cross-References | Uniprot.
      One CDS sequence, for ENST00000425905, has no CDS| prefix to its name, and is not aligned to the gene sequence like the other transcripts. Also (as a result) its protein product (ENSP00000388063 / X6RBZ7) is not aligned to the other proteins.
