store and restore adjustable ID margin and annotation panel height in Jalview projects

      Description

      Jalview projects implicitly support reproducible figure export by storing the font size & window geometry, but they do not store the height of the annotation panel or the width of the adjustable left hand margin.
      * With JAL-244, ID width is data dependent and old project files will be restored with an adjusted ID width.
      * Manual adjustment of ID width is common - we should store it in the project anyhow.
