Description
For certain types of quantitative annotation score, such as occupancy (JAL-1933) it makes more sense to set thresholds as a percentage of the score's range, rather than as an absolute number.
Threshold sliders on the Annotation filter and colouring should provide a check box to enable or disable 'percentile' mode.
