Description
Follow on from JAL-2432: Currently, only the UI allows thresholds to be set as percentages - which are then translated to absolute values. Ideally, it should be possible to specify GRAPHLINE, Annotation colouring and also Sequence Feature colouring thresholds as either a percentile or absolute value. This requires the internal representation, the annotation file format and the sequence feature file format to be extended to allow the units (absolute or percentile) for a threshold to be stored as well as the value of the threshold.
