An occupancy annotation row would show the number of gaps in a particular column. This value is already calculated - we just need to allow it to be displayed.
One gotcha here: occupancy has a high dynamic range for large alignments, so a linear scale or simple logarithmic scale probably wont work, so we should use Horizon Graphs (see Heer's talk, VIZBI 2014).
