Amend/delete features dialog treats contact features as if they have extents

      Description

      Found while testing JAL-2335. Related to JAL-2323, JAL-2327, JAL-2333.

      Fetch O15537, turn off all colours except for feature "Disulfide Bond". Double click on the residue at position 110, to bring up the Amend/Delete Feature dialog. The dialog lists both the disulphide bond features at 63/219 and at 110/142. In the alignment all the residues are highlighted between the start and end point of the currently selected feature.

      The associated functionality seems to work correctly.
