      Description

      Inspired by JAL-1961
       - need to create some informative documentation for people who work with GFF files to tell them what Jalview can and cannot do. e.g.
      * hierarchical features (not yet)
      * ontologies (SO - limited)
      * alignments (basic exonerate-like)
