Description
The 'Features File' help page has a link to GFF format specification at
http://www.sanger.ac.uk/resources/software/gff/spec.html
which now appears to no longer exist.
I had recently also noticed this as a broken link from http://www.ensembl.org/info/website/upload/gff.html and logged a ticket with WTSI on 09/11. Awaiting response.
If no page is available on Sanger then the Ensembl page would do as an alternative.
