Cannot delete final link in the URL links Connections Preferences dialog

      Description

      URL links can be deleted in the Preferences dialog, however if there is only one link and it is deleted it reappears if the dialog is closed and reopened.

      To reproduce: open the Preferences dialog, add one new url link (not EMBL-EBI), delete all the others. Close Jalview and reopen, now there is exactly one link in the Preferences dialog. Delete this link. Click OK, and close the dialog. Reopen the dialog, link is still there.

      Noticed while testing JAL-2282.
