URL link from sequence ID adds extra link incorporating sequence name

URL links entered in Tools | Preferences | Connections are used to create popup menu entries for the corresponding accession ids identified for a sequence. As well as adding a link for each accession id the code also adds a link combining the database URL with the sequence name - which works for EMBL but not for the other databases.
